A person's capacity to oversee push, frame associations with others, and make choices decides their mental well-being. Maintaining good mental health is essential at every age, from infancy through adolescence and into adulthood (Bernaras, Jaureguizar, & Garaigordobil, 2019). Fear, anxiety, and tension are common reactions to genuine dangers. The uncertainty of the unknown brings on these reactions. So, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, individuals feel dread and worry. This paper will outline COVID-19 and mental health in great depth. This article, which has three parts—an introduction, a body, and a conclusion—will go into depth about the mental health issues that both healthcare professionals and the general public under-identify and how they relate to the COVID-19 epidemic.
