Adding the Computer case to the workspace
Begin the computer building process by adding the case to the workstation. The process involves splitting the entire computer case apart in preparation for the installation of the computer components. According to Labsim (2020) the back screws are always removed to allow for the opening of the computer casing. The process is illustrated in the figure below:

Installing the motherboard
The initial step involves moving the motherboard into the computer casing and placing it in the correct positioning. The figure below represents the verification process for ensuring that all the plastic spacers and metal hex nuts are positioned ready for motherboard mounting.

The correct positioning of the motherboard will be determined by the sections for the motherboard power, front and rear fans, and the power switch and LED.

Based on the above figure, the section marked 1 indicates the sections where the motherboard standoffs are fixed onto the computer casing. Screw threading can be done within the upper section of the motherboard standoff (Woolf & McDonald, 2017). In the section 2 on the diagram, the rear I/O on the plate should be punched out and replaced with that of the motherboard. The third section on the diagram shows where to fasten the motherboard after installation.
The figure below indicates the process for fastening the motherboard onto the computer casing during the installation process. The motherboard is fastened with screws.
