Ethics are a very important aspect of a business as they help in a good flow of the business and increased productivity. Customers always appreciate the business operating under good ethics as the services offered there are quite interesting and of great encouragement to them (Bernard, 2014, p. 25). An ethical issue is where an organization or the individual has to consider the provided alternatives which should be weighed as either wrong or right. The paper will discuss the ethical issues and concerns towards the developed website for the customers to learn more about the institution among other advantages.
The ethical issues involved in counseling practice are dual relationships, confidentiality, professionality, multicultural counseling, client rights and ethical decision making among others.
