Introduction
A comprehensive and organized planning and execution phase during management of any project requires a successful breakdown of the project in small work elements which are management tasks and activities. The project monitoring is the activity of collecting information related to the advancement of the project while control activity of a project includes the practically performing the project with consistency to the plan by using the theoretical data obtained through project monitoring activity. The progress review of a project is done for the monitoring and control purposes of the project, once the project begins (Meredith and Mantel, 1988).
