During the last few decades, the idea of corporate culture has gained broad acceptance as a way to better understand human systems. A company's culture as defined by Asatiani et al. (2021) is as a set of beliefs about the organization's meanings, actions, and activities that are more or less comprehensible or articulated and that serve as a major filter for understanding the organization's reality. The firm's conduct orientation is also included in this document. When it comes to organizational behaviour, the culture of the company has a greater impact than directives from the management, and several efforts are hindered if they are conflicting with the culture (Kucharska et al., 2018).
