Implicit Messages to Avoid Alienating or Misunderstanding Men

Many research studies have established that men are reclusive and less loquacious compared with women. This character often piques, disillusions, and bewilders women. Psychologists have alluded that it is hard to decipher and decode men’s actions. This makes it difficult for women to discern their thoughts, elucidate their intentions, and foretell their behaviors or actions. At the same time, researchers assert that many men use subtle methods to convey love or affection. This compensates for their dearth of affection and disinclination to public displays of affection. On the other hand, a few men communicate their love and emotions through words. Nonetheless, the majority of men, particularly those who are shy but romantic find it hard to relay their feelings. Women should not doubt men, simply because they barely convey love messages explicitly (Toates, 2014). In short, men confirm their love and emotions for women by maintaining a physical connection, learning the art of listening, and through oblivious imitation of women’s behaviors and body language.

Many men are hesitant to state what they feel about the women they love because they are practical and action-oriented. In this case, they communicate through their deeds. Maintaining a physical connection is one such action. When men remain physically close to women, they insinuate that they care about and enjoy their company. Therefore, such men will always remain close to women. Common forms of physical connection include random hugs, keeping their arms around women, or cuddling.
