Managers should use the five basic principles of management to help the organization achieve its planning objectives and goals. Numerous factors contribute to organizational success, and these integral elements depend on the environment created by the managers. The first is job satisfaction, which depends on perceived discrimination, and organizational commitment, behavior and attitudes from management (Al Khajeh, 2018). The leadership within a company should satisfy its workers by providing job security and good salary and compensation packages and generating a better working environment to increase their productivity.
The second item is absenteeism, where managers should use their leadership roles in reducing patterns of failure to report to work.
