God created everything including the sea, dry land, fish, plants, moon, sun, and he commented that the work was perfect. The man was created on the sixth day where instructions where being given concerning the tree of good and knowledge. Adam and Eve were not allowed to eat any fruit from the tree otherwise, they would die. However, the woman was deceived by the devil in the form of serpent and sin entered. Surely, man had to die as God had stated. In the end, the maker comes to look for his children, but unfortunately, they have already violated his law. In this instance, God himself manifests something to Adam that was to be taught of in the coming generations. For this reason, Adam and Cain go to offer a sacrifice, but one is not accepted. The foreshowing of Christ would be done by slaughtering a lamb, and God did that when he clothed them after they discovered they were “naked”. Redemption would not take place without slaughtering an “innocent” lamp, which died instead of their instant death.
