Introduction
The life of a human being is characterized by the interaction of different people hailing from diverse social, economic and political backgrounds and a result, people are subjected to meeting other individuals with different goals, beliefs, expectations, opinions and behavior. The differences amongst individuals in the course of interaction leads to interpersonal conflict. Interpersonal conflict is well portrayed in various films and television shows and one of the best illustrations of it is showcased in the television show The Big Bang Theory. This paper pays a particular interest at the interpersonal conflict depicted in the show during season 12 episode 12 entitled the propagation Proposition in which Penny and Leonard are embroiled in an argument about an offer made by Zack to Leonard concerning a sperm donation.
