Stress a Major Issue in People’s Daily Lives (Essay Sample)

Instructions:

THE TASK ANS SAMPLE IS ABOUT STRESS WHICH has been a major issue in people’s daily lives and can occur at different environmental levels, in the workplace, or individual routine activities. If stress is not managed correctly, it causes significant harm to the concerned victim, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, headache, obesity, and even depression. However, stress has had several effective solutions before they become chronic such as; sharing what is affecting the person with family members, colleagues, and doctors, proper nutrition, and doing adequate exercises to relieve the stress. Managing and controlling have rewarding benefits since lowering pressure is like off-loading some weight from the body. Besides alleviating internal tension, it reduces stress hence protecting one's health in the long run.

Stress a Major Issue in People’s Daily Lives
Executive Summary
Stress has been a major issue in people’s daily lives and can occur at different environmental levels, in the workplace, or in individual routine activities. If stress is not properly managed, it causes significant harm to the concerned victim, such as heart diseases, high blood pressure, headache, obesity, and even depression. However, the stress has had several effective solutions before they become chronic such as; sharing what is affecting the person with family members, colleagues, and doctors, proper nutrition, and doing adequate exercises to relieve the stress. Managing and controlling have rewarding benefits since lowering stress is like off-loading some weight from the body (Buendgens, Koch & Tacke, 2016). Besides alleviating internal tension, it reduces stress,l hence protecting one's health in the long run.
Problem
Stress is the sustainable issue in this proposal which is a feeling of mental or physical tension that comes from any incident that makes a person feel frustrated, nervous, or angry. Stress is a major problem as it affects one’s body, thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Being in a position to recognize stress can assist in managing the stress (Margaritelis et al., 2014). The stress left unattended can cause several health difficulties like hypertension, heart illness, diabetes, and obesity. A good and bad thing might have happened in the past, but in either manner, the incidents are given. However, there are certainties regarding what occurred.
The present and the future are fraught with uncertainty. When there is certainty concerning what occurred in the past, the experience teaches that several challenges can get solved in one way or the other with time-lapse. It is troubling in the present and can assist in remembering that at some point, it will almost certainly not be an issue anymore since stress is a natural feeling of being not in a position to manage particular incidences and demands; if not addressed, the stress can advance to a chronic condition, if an individual does not take measure to control and manage it.
Solutions
Sharing the problems
If things are bothering a person, talking about them would help to reduce the stress. One can share the issue with the family, individuals, honest clergy members, colleagues, therapists, or doctors. Therefore, a person should pay attention to what he or she is thinking or saying when stressed out (Kargar, Rahmannejad & Hajabasi, 2014). If generating a negative thought, the person must change it to a positive one.
