Introduction
Process evaluation refers to collecting data to determine whether a program has been fully implemented as it was planned. Notably, process evaluations are conducted on several occasions so as to ascertain that a particular program is well put (“Process Evaluation,” n.d.). The focus questions that guide this process are: what the program was aimed to be, what was delivered, and the differences between the program design expectations and its delivery. Conducting a process evaluation is very major as it allows for the assessment of the implementation process and checks if it is going according to the outlined plan. Furthermore, evaluation is essential as it enables the institution to highlight its risks as well as threats in a given project.
Body
An intervention was conducted on positive parenting, and several parents were recruited to participate. The participants came from different financial, racial, ethical, and religious backgrounds. The agency was interested in finding the ways through which parents believed they had the most positive impact on their children.This intervention was conducted over a two hour period in a conference room. The outcome provided the facilitator with information regarding positive parenting and how today's parents influence their children.
