Healthcare is one of the most significant sectors in the world and nurses play a crucial role in ensuring the success of its services. Nurses assume critical roles in patient care as they take care of their physical and emotional wellbeing. They also do a lot in helping doctors to administer medication and advise patients on medication and treatment options. In this case, they are faced with excessive work which is overwhelming. Nevertheless, requiring nurses to work overtime will promote nurse burnout which in turn will affect the quality of their services on patient care.
