In February 2019, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), banned Mark Joseph Hinsley, the director of Foster Stockbroking Pty Ltd (FSB), from providing financial services for a maximum period of three years. The director was a resident of North Balgowlah in New South Wales, and his principal role in the Company as the head of investment banking division was to provide Reffind Ltd (RFN) with corporate advisory services and author the research report. RFN is a small-cap tech company, whose research report FSB solely managed publications and lead, an investment firm based in Sydney.
