QA Higher Education is a UK partner that was established that every university is able to deliver the best for the business students. This projects main aim is to improve the spaces available for business students and as a project manager my role and responsibility is to manage the refurbishment and redevelopment of the Birmingham Campus as it’s the one close to me. The project involve developing a tiered seating that can be retracted and also putting acoustic panels on the walls to improve the students teaching space. Another role as a project manager in collaboration of the Facilities Management department at QA Higher Education and have is manager and plan for provisional budget of 100,000 pounds and ensure that the project development and work will not cause teaching timetable disruption.
