As we are now having a discussion on the concepts that are important in the organizational contexts include the management, leadership and stewardship. Following is a reflection report on how we got accustomed to these words.
Pre-subject reflection:
While I just heard about the leadership, managing and stewardship, I was not much aware of these three concepts. I was an amateur. I just knew that these are the qualities that one must possess if he or she wants to be a great leader. Following are the concepts that I was aware of-
Management:
Management means to manage something. It might be people, process or any other stuffs. The main issue is that we have to manage everything in a company. there will be a manager and he will manage the workflow and he will check everything so that these go smoothly.
Leadership
Leadership means to lead a group of people. We have to control many people if we want to be a good leader. We have made the necessary work done by those people. The leaders are the main people in a company. they lead the group towards a business target. This is leadership.
Stewardship
This is the way that allows people to manage everything and allocate all the resources. Allocation of resource is the main concept here. And those manage these, are very important part of the company as they know how manage the scarce resource.

Management
Management (or managing) is the supervision within any association, whether it is a commercial, a not-for-profit association, or governmental body. Management comprises the actions of setting the tactic of an association and synchronizing the exertions of its staffs to achieve its aims over the request of accessible resource, such as monetary, ordinary or naturally achieved resource, technical, and human resource. The term "management" might also denote to the people who manage any association.
LeadershipLeadership is both a study area and an applied skill surrounding the aptitude of a person or group to "direct" or lead other persons, team, or whole organization. Specialist literature discusses numerous lookouts, conflicting Eastern and Western methods to leadership. Leadership is a procedure of social impact in which an individual can recruit the support and provision of others in the achievement of a common duty.
Stewardship
Stewardship is an ethos that exemplifies the answerable preparation and supervision of resource. The ideas of stewardship can be functional to the atmosphere and nature, economics, fitness, possessions, info, divinity etc.
