The first three months of your employment is probationary. Your employment may, however, be terminated with one week’s notice. The notice is in writing. After three months, a review of your performance will be done. The business shall reserve any rights of extending your probation if it finds it necessary to do so.

Restrictive covenant: You must not disclose to any unauthorized person either during or after your employment any confidential information or process used.
