From FEAP standards, an educator needs to ensure the class layout and organization is well-set and devoid of radicles that might create anxiety among students, lower teaching efficacy or reduce retention levels. For such assignment, various procedures have been outlined to assist in cooperative learning as well as to eliminate confusion and disorder in the classroom. Since learners’ sitting arrangement is key to conducive learning environment, it is essential to follow the established groups or teams for diversification. Therefore, the instructor presumes the responsibility of adapting the class environment to suit different student’s needs.
By implementing the Teach, Rehearse, and Reinforce (TRR) strategy, the educator, will ensure well-laid and organized classroom. In Teach, the teacher will tell the students what they are supposed to do, which constitutes one and first of the three procedures. In such step, the instructor tells and demonstrates to the learners how the learning environment should adapt to various students’ needs. However, failure to teach on the advantages of the proposed class layout and organization evokes various behavioral challenges because students will not recognize how to implement the course of action.
