J.F KENNEDY SPEECH
J.F Kennedy was a president of the time. Being a former naval commander, he took the presidency role when he was needed the most.He took it as responsibility to continue the revolution which had already started from time past. The world was going through treacherous time where the verge of nuclear war a very real possibility. In his speech, we find him emphasizing more of the dangers and sensitive issue about nuclear war head. Soviet Union at the moment was the greatest threat to the America people due to its capabilities of nuclear walfare.He clearly states his believe in freedom by taking the same oath which have been taken over one and three quarter years back to defending his country. Unlike in the past however, he finds the current situation different, where he perceives now the destruction of the whole world as a real possible. Given the situation of the country at the moment he engages in his speech the importance of understanding one another and creating a peaceful environment. He envision an era where co-operation peace and development would flourish in the land, this he sees it may take long, more than 100 days,a 1000 days or even much father when his generation has passed. He strongly emphasize on the countries to channel of their energy in and eradicating diseases and ending poverty .He strongly believe in science as a way man can either abolish poverty or destroy himself and potential of man to reach space and beyond. As a president, he set the passé towards space race...
