There are different types of communication disorders. As observed in the video above, the client has the following disorders: Language disorders are where children who wrestle with responsiveness may have problems answering questions or the following guidance. It is linked with difficulties in constructing a sentence, starting a conversation, and asking a question. Voice disorder is where children struggle by speaking soo softly. The stuttering disorder is where a child feels unbearable speaking in front of people like the client in the video; only the clinical said too much.
The general impact of communication disorder on the client's ability according to voice disorder the client speaks softly maybe she had vocal stress that makes one struggle when speaking. The client said so softly for one to hear her words, they had to struggle. Language disorder impacted the client's communication because she had problems in her responsiveness, answering the question, or starting a conversation.
The clinician started her communication without greetings to the client and went direct to the activities. In the video, the clinician tells the client to sit and direct, introducing the client to the activities. The clinician's objective was to introduce the client to the communication devices, tools, and strategies that support augmentative and alternative communication. This communication method substitutes writing or speech for people with a handicap in the production or conception of written language.
The clinician used the procedures to complete the activities; she first engaged the client by introducing her to the communication devices, tools, and strategies and later led her to participate by playing the tools. It helped the clinician to complete her activities and ended up rewarding the client. The clinician changed from one activity to the other by asking the client to choose the best tool through the communication device. The clinician rewarded the client after every activity she participated in first was through appreciation. The clinician also rewarded the client
