PUBLIC RELATIONS
In marketing or leading a community towards the achievement of particular objectives, proper management is essential. One of the major areas to consider is the public relations department concerned safeguarding and promoting a good public image. By making a follow-up, either through a phone call or any other means of communication, strengthens the relationship between the customer and the public relations manager.
The public relations manager makes strategies that are in favor with the operations of the organization (Sriramesh, Krishnamurthy, and Dejan, 11). He has to be creative and come up with unique strategies for the organization that will outshine the other teams in the field. Some of the strategies that can be applied for a better performance are; conducting training to the employees (Wilcox et al., 21). The employees perform better when educated because they gain proper skills on how to do their work effectively. They should also empower their employees by allowing them to set goals and find ways on how to achieve them. This makes the employees feel more motivated to reach their aims and their sense of responsibility increases.
The public relations manager ensures effective internal communication in the organization. He ensures that information is passed to the respective groups effectively through the right channels.
