Are Earth-like Planets common or unique in the Galaxy?
From several experiments scientists have carried out, there is massive evidence of Earth-like planets common in the galaxy. A good number of new advances have changed our knowledge of Earth-like planets in the cosmos. According to an expanding set of studies, there are potentially billions of more Earth-like planets that scientists haven't yet identified (Emspark 20). Scientists look for planets that resemble our own to find signs of life elsewhere since Earth is our only example of a planet that supports life.
