Although it plays a significant role in today' communication process, critics associate the mode of communication with depression. Users all over the world suffer from stress caused by activities associated with Social Media. For example, these platforms attempt to incite users to live someone else’s life each day despite a lack of capability in most situations leading to depression. Social media plays a big to feeling isolated. Because we are so deep in this online community, we always feel obliged to be part of everything. We get invited to parties, trips, vacations, getaways, and the minute we miss out or not get invited, we fear missing out (FOMO).
