Group Discussions
I contributed to the group work by conducting research and doing accrued research planning. I planned for the study involving the communication models that can be used to enhance clarity and efficiency to help Fred. I also planned on how the group discussion contribution would like where I coordinated the work to be researched to ensure everyone participates efficiently. 
I also contributed to the group by availing materials for advance research. I shared library books on nursing communication, especially those that tackled the OARS and SOLAR strategies efficiently. I also shared a video from an online website which explained on barriers to effective communication and how to overcome them. In the group discussions, I presented my findings coherently to compare with others. I also contracted the conclusions of the other group members to compose a comprehensive report of all our findings. Where my results differed with those of others, I asked for clarification for more explanation to ensure we all benefit from each other’s research.
