Leonard, in my opinion, has a valid claim against Dr. Farrah-Fowler for breach of contract. In order to protect the hospital against a lawsuit, Leonard signed various written forms that included all the usual provisions of a contract. I believe that the law clearly states that all parties must manifest a mutual intent to be bound expressed in a manner capable of being understood, and include a definite offer, unconditional acceptance, and consideration (Ningsih & Disemadi, 2019). Leonard could legally enter into contracts. Farrah-Fowler's surgical services are being offered as payment in exchange for no blood or other bodily fluids being exchanged. Specifically, with respect to Leonard and his refusal of blood products, I believe that the agreement was future-oriented, expressed, established in good faith, explicit, and defined.
I believe because Leonard was unconscious, this precludes any claim
