A communicable disease is one that can be passed from person to person or animal to person. The adjectives "infectious" and "transmissible" are frequently used to describe communicable diseases. Infections caused by viruses, bacteria, and fungi cause a wide range of ailments. If you contact a pathogen-infected individual or contaminated fluids such as blood, mucus, or saliva, you risk becoming infected (Paul et al., 2020). Furthermore, you run the danger of contracting infectious droplets from other people's coughs and sniffles. Pathogens begin reproducing as soon as they enter a host's body. The individual may subsequently begin to experience the symptoms of the disease. The infection destroys cells in the body, resulting in a variety of symptoms.
