There are several priorities that I would include in my nutrition education program, such as disseminating information about critical dietary practices to patients who have diabetes and heart-related illnesses. Additionally, it is essential to build awareness of the essence of good nutritional practices by making sure that the group is taught what not to eat and the proportions that are healthy to consume. In patients with diabetes and-health; related illness, they are supposed to take unsaturated fats, no meat, or highly processed foods. Moreover, they should avoid canned foods, take whole grains, and five or more fruits and plenty of fluids.
