A model of Physical Fitness Plan
Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being in which an individual can actively perform activities without undue fatigue. In retrospect, health specialists argue that sufficient rest is also an essential part of physical fitness. According to III and Murray (2018), physical fitness is the measure of the body’s ability to effectively work and function to the fullest extent while handling different tasks.
For instance, a human body should be able to display a high level of performance in meeting emergencies at work while resisting hypokinetic diseases to be considered fit (Hoeger & Hoeger, 2012). Therefore, this paper aims at exploring a model of physical fitness plan to enhance health and well-being development in the current dynamic and competitive corporate environment that threatens an individual’s physical fitness.
