      Digitalization has led to the loss of different moral values in the society and the whole world. Negligence in upholding the primary forms of ethics in people's activities and behavior has led to an increased level of crimes in the modern society. Bribery, poor governance, mass killing, child abuse, and flawed ruling have been in our daily witness for a long time now. However, there has been a need for judicial ethics to help in different aspects of court administration processes purposes (Mascarenhas, 2019). There are various ways in which ethics have been applied to the best parts and are useful in settling disputes and conflicts amongst people. These ways are based on the roles of judicial ethics in court administrations. Whereas courts exist only in specific places, different of them practice similar functions. Thus, they compare in various diversified ways. Hence, the method in which courts in the African continent do not practice the same values as those in the US or European nations. Court administration and the way its values are upheld depends on the integrity of the society in which it is established on to perform different roles.
Court Administration Procedures
      Court rooms are described as the zones where integrity, justice, law and order are practiced by both judges and lawyers in accordance with the ethics of the governing body of the nation. Expectantly, human beings are still the core constituents in courts. People are the ones who execute every ruling of courts. Hence, the ways in which court rulings are made should be governed by the rules of the office constituted in the ethics of work. Judicial ethics, based on the profession of court administration, thus plays the following roles.
* Defining Criminal Punishment
      The judiciary arm of most governments is charged with dealing in court administration. In this sector, a high level of integrity and honesty is required because whatever result the judges give is set to affect the individuals' lives to who the administration has been pronounced. Defining punishment for the criminals involves a type of heart definite in decision-making, curiosity, truth-telling, integrity, and following the judges' promises during their oath process. Every criminal activity requires to be punished against (La Caze, 2018). However, the judgment offered should not be ill-fated nor inclined on the commissioned jury's levels. The application of ethical practices in dealing with court matters is now used during this aspect of the court administration process. These judges indeed have to administer justice to the respondent. The commitment and dependability bestowed on the court of laws have helped fortunes achieve the appropriate criminal punishments in the courts of law (Jiang, 2020). Fortunately, judicial ethics guide the judges in defining the best and relevant criminal discipline following integrity, faithfulness, and loyalty of the law and the professional work.

      Humanity has lacked in the lives of people since different amendments of laws have been into exercise. The greed, lack of self-control, impatience, division of societal classes, opposition, and ineffectiveness in following standard rules by different nations have led to the loss of human rights (Smoot, 2020). All these have been made possible through the death of ethics in modern society. Importantly for human beings, their fate is not yet decided in the type of life they are tom live in the future because judicial ethics is in practice in court administrations. Judicial ethics has aided in defining human rights, which the modern leaders have denied noble citizens from enjoying. For instance, the Venezuela citizens had the privilege and freedom to come against Maduro's filthy ruling the president. With the whole country under an economical crisis, the defined human rights by judicial ethics had to stand firm with the people to help them condemn the ruling the president enforced (Bolton, 2016). Through this, the whole government had to come under a kind of revolution to better citizens' lives. Whereas, if it had not been for the course of judicial ethics, people would not have recognized that their rights were endangered.
* Developing Moral Reasoning
      Court administrations require moral reasoning and upholding the right values to deter the negativity in noble human thinking about modern ruling strategies' functioning. Corruption, smuggling of public properties, grabbing of societal lands, oppression, and torture of those who fight against the vices committed by leaders, and nation-to-nation hacking of information have been the everyday occurrences in the modern world which have gone unpunished by most courts (Brauch, 2018).
