However, in the current world development, the gastronomic process is concentrating on molecular gastronomy, where it involves scientific processes in the cooking. The application of these processes has facilitated the production of new dishes as well as culinary techniques. The origin of the term gastronomy describes widely the use of the terminology gastronomic in French Literature. The Gastronomic literature heavily relies on anecdotal prove.
