The changes also focus on making the workplace more conducive for nurses for reduced workload and other pressures that affect their productivity. Patients also benefit from improved healthcare outcomes, reduced cost, and efficiency in access to healthcare services due to comprehensive history and clinical examination (Reckrey et al. 35). Equipping nurses with sufficient knowledge on the core competency areas such as evidence-based practice and leadership is expected to significantly boost the collaboration of the nurses with other healthcare professional bodies for improved patient outcomes through a comprehensive history and clinical examination.

The nurses collaborate with other practitioners for continuous development as well as improvement of the health care technology.
