Margaret Sanger was the first feminist and women's rights activist who made up the phrase "birth control" and fought for its substantiation. She was born on 14th September, 1879 in United States, New York State and gave up her life on 6th September, 1966, at Tucson, Arizona. Not only was Margaret Sanger a global leader in the birth-control lobby group, but she was also the founder of this field in the United States of America (Fields A. 2003). She will live to be remembered for starting and couragously fighting for the birth control programs. Margaret was the 6th in the family of eleven children. Upon the completion of her education at Claverack College, Sanger set out for her nursing profession at the Manhattan Eye and Ear Clinic and the White Plains Hospital in New York. She was married to J. Noah H. Slee in the year 1922 after a divorce with William Sanger who had earlier married her in 1900. After a short teaching profession Margaret served as an obstetrical nurse on the Lower East Side of New York City. It was this career that made her witness the connections between deaths from botched illegal abortions, maternal mortality, high rates of infant, uncontrolled fertility, and poverty. These annotations made Sanger a feminist who understood in all women’s rights to steer clear of ilicit pregnancies, and she offered herself to banning the lawful obstacles to publishing the details about it
