The Boeing Company is the world's largest aerospace company and manages the manufacture of jetliners and defense, space, and security systems. The Boeing company products & services include satellites, weapons, electronics, launch a new system, new information, communication systems, performance-based logistics, and training. The company delivers superior design, efficient and adds value for customers to exceed expectations, and continues to increase its product lines to meet customer demands(Kearney, 2003). The company provides a wide range of capabilities, new technology, network solutions, more skilled workers, an innovative workforce, and commercial airline support services.
2. Company History:-
The Boeing Company was established on July 15, 1916, When American lumber industrialist William E. Boeing founded Aero Products Company and located in Seattle, Washington. Boeing Company is an American international corporation that designs, manufactures, sells airplanes and related parts. Boeing is assembling a plane in its facilities in the country. The company has five divisions:-

2.2 Purpose of this study:-
The purpose of this study is to establish new methods and investigate in particular areas, quality of services, and understand key drivers to purchase. Identify concepts that the company is trying to achieve, and quickly respond to current social demands and new creation of technologies(Airbus, 2008). They also develop teamwork for innovative products and keep the company running from skilled employees.
3. External Analysis:-
External analysis affects companies in the aerospace and defense industry. The industry trends that cause Boeing to make decisions for the long term and impact on their business. Boeing is producing innovative products and using advanced technology because technology changes to create a competitive edge for newer projects. The supply and demand of the Boeing aircraft company have increased sharply(GUTHRIE, 2004).
3.1 General Environment Analysis:-
The Boeing Company is one of the most well-known, general environment analysis influences the performance and operation of a business. The Boeing external environment involves gaining an understanding of factors and trends in broader society(Szymanski, 2002). The general environment analysis consists of six segments:-

Boeing companies manufacture many different products, but these products are airplane model design. The airplane with better features will add, and it will have more supply and demand in the market. Boeing's product's price depends on the economic fluctuations in the market, and companies measure the risk for the future because of its effect on the profitability of the company.


Government laws, regulations, policies have an impact on Boeing company. Boeing has a strong relationship and agreement with the government, and government policies may have a role in accepting the new orders of aircraft. Sometimes, the high cost of airplanes will harm the Boeing company's revenue.


Socio-cultural effects being in markets and individuals tend to be taking more holidays specially for festival events such as Christmas, Easter, increasing the supply and demand of airlines. The company decreases the cost of airlines people are using to travel more for tourism and professionals, and increases the interest in aircraft.


Boeing is also boosting the development of new technology to make it better and safer, and the Boeing company has excellent technical capabilities in terms of fuel efficiency and other features. For example, new product development, automation, and advanced services delivery.


Boeing company is focusing on research and development, improved processes, innovation engineering, digital as well as training and supply chain logistics. Boeing develops the company's growth and productivity outside the country.
