If so, have you ever had a negative encounter with a company? Customer service that consistently fails to meet my expectations is something I am well-acquainted with. When I have had a negative experience with a company, I tend not to return. I utilize surveys to express my dissatisfaction or express my opinions to management. Anger, worry, and dissatisfaction may result from poor customer service. For patients at an outpatient ambulatory hospital, we want them to have the most satisfactory possible experience.
