Introduction
During the early days, where Americans were busy exploring and or reporting on the benefits that come along with the discovery of X-rays, more worse news about the X rays were beginning to trickle from all corners of America about its effects. It was discovered that the rays produced undesired changes in exposed tissues. Several doctors discovered that the patients with skin problems and exposed to X-rays showed amelioration of their condition. Also, the physicians who were frequently exposed to X-rays examinations noted they were developing changes on their hands, loss of fingernails, rashes and dermatitis problems. This research is to throw some light on some of the early victims and martyrs of radiological science.
In 1985, a physician named Conrad Rontgen learned of a source rays which were invisible and capable to penetrate objects and materials which are opaque or aren't normally translucent to ordinary light (Noz and Maguire, 2005). No sooner the news spread and people improvised the rays to cast out a film to fascinate people, where their invisible bones were made to cast shadows on a shimmering screen. In its early stages
