This journal provides data on the biohumoral indicators that can potentially be modified through participation in physical activities among the elderly population. The study present secondary data from 29 secondary sources that focused on cardiovascular, metabolic, and inflammatory biomarker-oxidative molecules for stress. The studies highlighted a number of biomarkers that are directly influenced by physical activities among the elderly people, whereby metabolic and cardiovascular indexes were outstandingly significant. These results demonstrated the role of physical activities in the improvement of the parameters relating to heart functions and the cardiovascular risks.
This study would be useful in the demonstration of the general need of physical activities for normal and optimal body functions that have a secondary impact on the mental state of a person.
