Enhancing employment policies such as mutual bargaining privileges, full employment plans, living wage policies, improved minimum wage regulations, and wage subsidies could be considered. Direct income transfer systems encompass various types of transfers, including legacy, earnings-related, and temporary transfers. The concept of collective payments, including the detrimental income tax and a universal basic income not dependent on resources, is increasingly gaining momentum. The implementation of financial policies such as the Tobin Financial Transaction Tax or the Universal Resource Consumption Tax has the potential to generate funds that can be utilized for direct income transfers and other forms of assistance aimed at reducing poverty and inequality on a global scale (Baloch et al., 2020).
