Question 1. Please list and explain three recommendations in which you can improve the way the current structure operates to meet the high demand and to ensure XYZ Uniform’s long-term success.
Ans: Three recommendations are as follows:-
1-Hiring of a new Marketing team.
This would constitute five Assistant Managers of Marketing and a Marketing Manager along with a Research Manager for crafting strategies related to marketing. For managing, maintaining and retaining clients, there would be a Clients Manager who would be assisted by five Assistant Managers. For the creation of new clients and new leads in the business, there would be two Business Development Managers. The primary purpose of this latest recruitment would be the creation of new marketing tactics, creating strong relationships with clients, bringing new leads and clients to the firm in a comfortable and manageable way.
