What is meant by the AMDR, and what is this range for carbohydrates?
In non-abbreviated terms, AMDR is the Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Range. It means the intake range for a specific energy source, which tends to be linked with minimal chronic illness risk and at the same time provides the consumption of crucial nutrients.
