As a nursing student, there are many experiences one can go through in the process of learning. These experiences are seen to start from the academic part to the placement time, where the theories and skills learned in books are put in practice. Patient monitoring and behaviour management are some of the practices that the student can learn from the experiences gained during placement and the knowledge that is obtained from the classroom. As a student, symptoms analysis of the patients was a procedure I carried out in my placement period, albeit doing some wrong methods, I learned my mistakes. I used the Gibbs cycle analysis for this reflective narrative.
Serving patients well is empowered by love for nursing and energy that gives an intellectual pull towards following the nursing instructions. For the nursing practice, one should dependably have power for offering the customers, some assistance with managing human services arranges, adapting new things, and an oddity for examining medical conditions (Teekman, 2000).
