Basic idea of the article.
This article is illustrating how geometry developed in Egypt and Mesopotamia. It explains how geometry idea was used in making famous Egyptian Pyramid. It also puts some emphasis on how Greece being very religious, believing in gods, combined the abstract thinking to produce monument of visual manifestation resembling sacred gods.

1 Rationality of history. The article explains the how the establishment of urban settling in states of Mesopotamia and Ancient Egypt, has led to emergence of cities thus giving way to civilization.
