A cross-sectional analytic observational study
Purpose
Demonstrate the effects of sleep education and self-help treatment for students, teacher, and local population and promotion of sleep health for mental health physical wellness for aged with real public health examples from the schools and community.
Intervention
Two study arms: sleep education group (n=72) and control group (n= 76)
Sample size/setting
148 children from two elementary schools, 229 first grade students of two junior high schools, 318 (ages 13,14,15) junior high school students, 22 school nurses from the elementary and junior high schools, 60 high school students, 55 elderly persons participated.
