Recently, there have been implosions of the scientific interests in the utilization of genomic variations to determine complex diseases (De Vries et al., 2011). Indeed, genome research offers powerful ways of the identification of genetic variants that are critical in the context of common diseases. However, such researches present significant social and ethical challenges. Specifically, in cases where these studies are conducted in low-income and literacy countries may pause serious social and ethical challenges.
