Relating Handwashing in the Community to Health People 2030 goals
One of the goals of Healthy People 2030 is to ensure that people attain healthy and thriving lives (Healthy People 2030, n.d.). The goals further state that people should attain a life free of preventable diseases. The project of achieving increased hand hygiene in the community closely relates to this goal. Maintaining proper hand hygiene helps prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
