Ray Write Group is one of the most successful real estate organization in Australia. Ray White group was established in the year 1902 with only one office located in Crown West. Ray Write Group, which is a family business organization had a specific role of ensuring land buyers, sellers and those who are in need for residential services were sorted. The founders also had a dream of expanding the company to all over the world. Ray Write organization areas of service include; residential, rural, commercial, hotel as well as property management sectors. Ray White Group have been in existence for more than hundred years selling over forty-five billion dollars properties per year. Ray Write Group Company has recently opened more than one thousand individual offices in Australia and has also expanded its service to China, Indonesia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, USA, and the Middle East. The expansion exercise was one of the founder’s goals. The success of the company was fuelled by the company value for its customer and workers. The structure of the organizational and culture cultivated also played a significant role in company success.
The Ray White Group Organization Structure
According to Kliuchnikova, & Pobegaylov (2016) for a company to emerge victoriously it should have strategic management norms which ensures that the company sticks on its goals and targets. The preferable structure for a big company is the rigid hierarchy formulation, which follows channels of power manifestation. The Ray White organization structure falls under strict hierarchy since the company has more than a thousand offices all over the world making it hard to manage using other techniques of management. The Ray White Company consist of different sectors; the marketing sector, the technical team sector, customer care sector and the superior office which facilitates all the operations.
