Strategy for performance is a very fundamental aspect of effective performance and the need to stay on the right track. Getting the right strategy for performance management is very crucial if the business organization is to be successful and survive the new cutthroat competition (Herzlinger, 2017). For the business to survive the harsh business climate, I have identified three crucial business concepts that guarantee the short and long term business success.
The first concept is organizational behavior. The behavior of the organization helps improve management skills. It also makes the management more flexible and more comfortable to execute various functions of the business on a global scale. Business management must ensure that all employees, regardless of rank, are highly equipped to meet and satisfy the needs and demands of customers.
