John Maxwell, an American author, defines leadership, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way” (Hasan). A great team is led by a great leader, and all great leaders share traits that ultimately shape their ability to lead. A great leader is innovative, resilient, honesty, decisive, and a good communicator. However, there are four notable traits that are a must to all good leaders.
All great leaders are good communicators. Undoubtedly, having the attribute of communicating well to employees makes one a great leader.
