Introduction
HR projects are based on the tasks which the Human Resources Management department performs. These projects are aimed at balancing three constraints of cost, scope, and schedule. The relationship in these aspects determines the cash flow into an organization. Fee, being a relative function of time and content, and proper scheduling of tasks to the employees, ensures all jobs are performed within the allocated amount of time. An organized HR project team collaborates and integrates recruitment policies, budgeting, and analyzing risks arising during the project execution.
Description of the HR project
The Millennium-Saga is a software business organization. The HRM department here is afforded the helm to execute different skills in the proper management and running of this organization. Their project incorporates the whole team of the heads and the employees in an incorporative way of engaging all firm parties. The security of every piece of information within the organization is highly valued while implementing policies that govern this company. Thus, as the HR project head, a sound mind explaining the tasks is an excellent qualification.
With this company on a plan to open new branches, it means a projected enlargement. The new set-up cost has been simulated based on time and comparison with the initial expenses undergone during the first offices' foundation (Zeigler, 2018) here in California. These have helped set a conclusive budget to cater for the activity. So, with many skills required to make this a prosperous encounter, the Millennium-Saga company wishes to offer a piece of detailed information on the qualifications possessed by the HR team head as well as the prohibitions this organization works against. 1 Recruitment skills
One significant factor in this organization's set-up has been the recruitment of the first team, which helped in starting the business as the HR team head remarks. This will ensure an assembly of the right and effective team and ensure every penny allocated for the project is well documented.
2 The motivation of the HR team
Exhaustion of energy during work is a common factor in an organization. The fight against this is based on the motivation the working team receives to boost their morale and energy in project execution. As an HR team head, motivational skills are required in achieving this. Inspiration can be running from overtime payments and allocation of allowances exclusive from basic salaries. With many activities to be run, time is a factor in seeing them out (Sanchez, 2017). Workers in overtime situations without pay, only waiting for their basic salary, can feel exhausted and drained. Thus, soft-handling them by offering overtime pay can solely be provided by a head who understands the organization's work requirements and ethics. Again, affording the employees freedom and rights to express, present ideas, innovate ideas, and consider the implementation of these new ideas is a motivating factor. Considerations of these factors would motivate the employees and are something as the head will cover for costs by reducing the time of project execution since the price is directly proportional to time.
3 Solving conflicts
Misunderstandings tend to occur even when the working team is in complete agreement. Solving them is both a gift and a skill that the HR team head should possess. Patience, analysis skills, ability to draw proper conclusions, and no-fear implementation of the ruling are useful in conflict solving within the Millennium-Saga organization. With customers having a feeling of dissatisfaction in the form of services offered by employees, there might arise disputes between these two parties. Finding a ground of agreement is the duty of the HR team. Again, an employer-employee conflict is another aspect that the HR team head should solve by applying practical skills. With the understanding of the character from different backgrounds, proper solutions are assured to be attained easily.
4 Delegation of tasks
Different duties within the Millennium-Saga company require calibrated skills to carry out. Advertising, marketing, and delivery of software products require other personnel to execute. Additional employees are comprising this company, and with the HR team head being the leader in this, possession of skills in the delegation of work is a highly appreciated ability. This includes the quality to gauge the class of each employee and know the limits of work each employee can commit to (De Vito, 2018). Having the experience to have worked with different personnel, this is not an issue which this company finds itself in. Thus, the HR team head possesses these qualities to ensure the safety in scheduling each task at a specific time while also delegating it to the required personnel. This will provide a proper scope in the project, thus increasing profits derivative from the cash flow in the invested costs incurred.
Project cost identification
There is a high need for the office and shop set-up and creating an engineered website for the new location; the cost to be incurred is a significant factor for this project. The mode of identification of these costs are based on these different bases:
1 Salaries
With the addition of new employees, the HR project team should acknowledge that the allocations for the salaries by the Millennium-Saga company will change.
