Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Conditions
Introduction
Systolic Heart Failure is one of the major branches of heart failure, due to which the amount of blood that pumps through the body is compromised and its efficiency decreases. “An acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or (COPD)” is the abrupt worsening of patient, which is characterised by shortness of breath and alterations in colour of phlegm. All these factors arise when systolic heart failure occurrence within patients. In this report, three areas will be discussed to the aforementioned subject. These will include pathogenesis of systolic heart failure, different nursing strategies to deal with this issue, and finally the mechanism through which different drugs relate to the underlining pathogenesis of heart failure.
